Eastern Acu-Pressure Facial Massage uses complementary techniques drawn from both Indian Face Massage and Japanese Face Massage.

Indian Head Massage is an extremely effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practised in India as part of family rituals for over a thousand years. The techniques I use are true to the original massage brought over to the UK from India.

Tibetan Hand and Arm Massage will help tremendously to de-stress you, open energy channels and create a feeling of well being.

It is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand, and it incorporates elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology, Chinese massage and Yoga.
